WHALE WATCHING EXPERIENCE

Our tour begins taking the new road to the fishermen town of Miches, on one of our modern transportation units. An hour road trip watching the countryside along the coast and the Anamuya range. We get on board at Las Cañitas in our Luxury Catamaran to pay a visit to the humpback whales. The Humpback Whales are regular visitors in the Bay of Samaná. Every year from mid January until mid April these huge mammals leave the arctic to mate and give birth in the protected bay along the Dominican Republic’s east coast. The whales have been wintering in this region for centuries. Upom returning to Las Cañitas port you will be treated to a delicious coffe break and then proceed to head back home.
